Cloud Ruffle Bloomers

Soft cream baby bloomers with a raised, textured pattern, a gathered elastic waistband, and relaxed wide legs. A low ruffle adds volume through the lower leg, creating an easy, flowing shape.

The capris measure a standard 22" inseam. Our model is 5’7” wearing size small/medium. Please leave your measurements at checkout or message us after ordering if you’d like alterations around waist, hip, or rise.

Handmade clothing requires intentional care! Please hand wash and hang dry for best results. A gentle wash cycle with cool water is acceptable for certain designs. Please send us a message beforehand to confirm.
