What is the holiday order deadline?

Orders placed by 12/3 will be shipped in time for Christmas Day. I ship all holiday orders with enough time for a normal three to four business day delivery window, though unexpected postal delays may still occur. This guarantee applies to domestic orders only.

For orders placed after the December 3rd deadline, please allow an additional 5 days for design and processing on top of our normal turnaround time, as we are a bit more backed up during the holiday season. I truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this busy time.

Can I cancel my order?

Since our pieces are handmade to order, we’re unable to accept cancellations or refunds once an order has been placed. Thank you for your understanding, and we’re here to help you find the perfect piece you’ll love!

How should I care for my handmade clothing?

I craft each piece using delicate materials, including upcycled and vintage fabrics, which require gentle care. I recommend hand washing in cold water with mild detergent or using a delicate cycle inside out. Avoid harsh detergents, bleach, or fabric softeners, and always wash separately. Lay flat or hang to dry—some designs may allow for a delicate tumble dry. Linen fabrics may naturally fray over time, which adds to their texture, but loose threads can be trimmed. To remove wrinkles, steaming is best, as direct heat can weaken fibers. Feel free to reach out with any care questions!

Can I request specific measurements if I'm skeptical on sizing?

You’re welcome to request specific sizing by leaving a note at checkout. You can also message me directly after placing your order with your order number and request. I’ll do my best to accommodate and ensure the perfect fit!

How long does it take to design and ship my order?

Since all my linen designs are handmade and made-to-order, please allow 10-14 business days for processing and production. For patchwork designs, due to their intricate nature, I ask for 2-3 weeks to carefully craft each piece with the time and attention it deserves.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination and selected shipping method. Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.

Will sold-out pieces be restocked?

Some of my designs may be restocked, while others are crafted with vintage or exclusive fabrics, making them truly one-of-a-kind. Once these pieces are gone, they’re gone forever. If you have your eye on a more exclusive design, I recommend grabbing it while you can!

Are your fabrics sustainable or ethically sourced?

I source all my fabrics from local vintage and antique stores, as well as fabric shops in the South Florida area. I pay close attention to fabric composition and quality to ensure it aligns with my brand's values, including natural fibers and repurposed vintage textiles.

Do you offer custom orders?

Yes! I currently offer custom orders on Patchwork Designs. Feel free to submit a request through the Custom Orders page on my website.
