Returns & Order Policies

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I am happy to help! Returns are accepted for store credit only within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the shipping charges for returning the item to me. Store credit never expires and can be applied at any time.

WARRANTY FOR DAMAGED ITEMS

We offer a 30 day warranty for items that arrive damaged or with a production defect. If your item has a quality issue, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you as quickly as possible. Approved warranty claims may qualify for a repair, replacement, or exchange depending on the situation.

Please note: All international orders are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

To initiate a return, please contact me at bohemiabychlo@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order. I will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions. Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item and issue the store credit to your name.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our pieces, we do not accept order cancellations once an order has been placed. Production begins shortly after checkout, with materials and labor allocated specifically for each order. We strive to clearly communicate product details, pricing, and whether items are sold individually or as part of a set across all product listings, and we kindly ask that customers review all descriptions carefully before completing their purchase. If you have any questions prior to ordering, we are always happy to assist.
